- Directions: Add 10-20g Powder (approx two rounded teaspoons) to 1 Lt water and shake. Allow approx 10 mins to dissolve. Refrigerate & consume within 3 to 5 days. Have tried both this Premium Aloe Vera Powder (it’s such a beautiful pure white powder) and the Aloe Vera Juice Micropulp They feel really positive for one’s general ecosystem. Good to have both on hand. Noticing lots of benefits, some unexpected. Aloe Vera is really quite a magical plant, working from the inside and the outside. There are so many misconceptions out there about taking it internally….I certainly had some in the past….it’s easy to get confused/misled with misinformation/lack of information. But now I feel very safe taking it daily and am not afraid to take a little more. And I feel like I don’t need most of those other things out there that are always in ones face, especially as Aloe Vera is so “complete” on its own. It’s funny, but once into Aloe Vera (internal or external) going “back” seems out of the question.
